The 88-story tower includes 50 floors of office space with 37 floors of the Grand Hyatt Hotel above with a 152 meter atrium in the center. A recent study by the US EPA indicated that the Jin Mao Tower's office demonstrated that it is using 30% less energy than buildings in comparable climate zones.
